Well, shoot, now it's hard to even control the kids because it's right. 00:00:00
Yeah. 00:00:06
I think we're going to be ready here and whenever, whenever they're ready, we'll be ready. 00:00:08
There she comes, right? 00:00:13
All righty, let us let us know when you are up. 00:00:16
And we'll kick it. 00:00:20
We are good to go. 00:00:26
Already. 00:00:28
All right. 00:00:30
Good evening. Welcome to the 24 June 2025 Historic Preservation Council meeting. 00:00:33
But we make sure our mice are on. 00:00:38
And then we're going to do a roll call. 00:00:40
Kelly Knapp, Melvin Taylor, Julia McCullough, Scott. Two Boys. 00:00:43
All right, looks like we have a quorum with with the total of 4. 00:00:47
And so. 00:00:51
I just wanted to start with, are there any initial comments from the city? 00:00:54
Nope. All right. 00:00:58
So we'll move. We'll need to approve the minutes from the 27th May meeting. 00:01:00
We received in the e-mail packet. 00:01:05
Does anybody have any questions on them or? 00:01:07
Do we have a motion? 00:01:09
I'll make a motion to approve the minutes from last month. 00:01:11
All in favor say aye. Oh, I'm sorry a second. I apologize. 00:01:14
2nd. 00:01:18
See, that's what you make mistakes. All in favor say aye aye. 00:01:19
All right. We have a unanimous vote on that. 00:01:24
OK, so. 00:01:27
All business. So we have a certificate of appropriateness for the purple door. 00:01:29
At 100 Osborne St. 00:01:34
And so we'll start with the city. Does the city have anything? 00:01:36
OK. At the previous meeting, the Commission continued the application for the purple door signage. 00:01:41
Requesting the following revisions. A softer white color for the base. 00:01:49
A revised font and a design that is more consistent with adjacent commercial signage and a correction of the apostrophe in Saint 00:01:54
Mary's, Georgia. 00:01:58
The applicant has submitted 3 revised design options that address those concerns and comply. 00:02:03
With section 62123 of the Historic Signage Regulations. 00:02:09
Staff supports approval of either option or any of the three options and recommends that the Commission and the applicant discuss 00:02:14
and select the preferred design. 00:02:18
All right, with that said, man, would you like to come up and state your name and your address? 00:02:22
It should only take about 30 minutes. I'm joking around. Tracy O'Brien, 100 Osborne St. And yeah, there's three actions to pick 00:02:28
from an enlightened. 00:02:33
So the color on it. 00:02:38
Is you can't really tell on there, but it's like a lighter yellow, so. 00:02:40
On there it's a little bright, but it's a little lighter yellow. But there's three different ones. And I fixed my little Saint 00:02:45
Mary's for you. 00:02:48
So this is the first. 00:02:53
Second one. 00:02:56
And. 00:02:59
Third one. 00:03:03
I can. 00:03:06
Go back to any of them. 00:03:08
They're very minor. Just run through them one more time. Let us look at them. 00:03:11
Option one. 00:03:16
I think the second one. 00:03:18
I like the first one, but I think the second one has more of. 00:03:20
The font that's closer to market on. 00:03:24
The square, Yeah. Which one do you like the best? 00:03:27
I kind of like the first. 00:03:31
But I'm between the 1st and the second. I'm not, it doesn't matter. 00:03:34
What do y'all think? 00:03:41
I love the first one. 00:03:43
I think it's pretty. 00:03:45
Do you currently have plans on? 00:03:47
Leaving that space in October, is that what you said at the last meeting? I'm up in the air. I would like. So I talked to is it 00:03:49
take? Is that how you say it take? 00:03:53
He told me to ask you guys if you knew of anybody who had a rental spot. 00:03:58
Like on ground level, on the ground. 00:04:03
And he said maybe somebody here would know. 00:04:06
So. 00:04:08
I don't know. I mean, I'm just on if I stay past October and do another year, that's fine if I find something. 00:04:11
On street level, I'm better. It's better for me as a business, but. 00:04:19
So. So I guess that witty. 00:04:25
I mean. 00:04:27
I guess one option would be like. 00:04:29
Does she wait to put the sign up until after? 00:04:30
That timeframe or is that something that we? 00:04:33
I mean, it doesn't matter, it'll be moving. 00:04:36
I can, if I take it, if I get another spot, I can always move it, you know what I mean? It'll be, it'll be movable. 00:04:38
So I think we should make a decision and just let her go ahead and have the sign constructed and installed. 00:04:44
OK. 00:04:51
I just have a question. 00:04:52
Is there a reason it's not like would like the market on the square one? To me it seems like it would be more cohesive that they 00:04:54
were both similar well. 00:05:00
So I don't really want to put a heavy sign up there with the wind and. 00:05:05
I feel like it would be dangerous to have a heavy sign like that. The sign that I'm gonna put up there is gonna be aluminum. 00:05:10
I can put wood around it. 00:05:17
Or could we just have it tan instead of white? You know, so it is So what I was telling them before you got here. It is if you 00:05:19
scroll up. 00:05:22
It is like a lighter yellow, kind of like Market on the Square. 00:05:26
You can see see that's white. 00:05:29
And this one is still. It's a little bright, but the ones below it. 00:05:32
They're the same color, but it's like a lighter, almost like a lighter yellow color. 00:05:36
OK, it looks white to me, but can you scroll up to the next one? 00:05:42
No the other way. 00:05:46
Yeah, see. 00:05:49
OK. Yeah, yeah. So it'll be more like that color. 00:05:50
Yeah, that would be more cohesive. 00:05:54
Yeah, because it kind of matches more of like their. 00:05:57
Fighting, yeah. So that other one is the same. It's just the way it's. 00:06:02
Because that one is from the screen and then the other one is a photo. 00:06:07
OK. 00:06:10
But I mean, wood would be great, but it would be very expensive and it would be very heavy and it's hanging on. 00:06:12
Just that banister. So I don't think that's probably the smartest. 00:06:19
Things in my opinion, but. 00:06:23
I was just more concerned with the coloring. Oh, OK. Yeah, it's gonna be that color. It'll be that like lighter yellow. 00:06:25
Any more questions? 00:06:34
All right, and which one did we? 00:06:36
Made the final decision or did you make the final decision? I'm between the 1st and the second. It doesn't matter to me. Does it 00:06:39
matter at all? 00:06:42
OK. 00:06:46
Yeah, it's just that. 00:06:49
Interpretation. 00:06:50
All right. 00:06:53
Whichever 1 you like. 00:06:55
Oh jeez. OK, you pick one and. 00:06:57
We'll vote on it, Yeah, let's go with. 00:07:01
Can I see the other one? 00:07:04
That one I feel like the wording is a little small. 00:07:10
Yeah, the other one has bigger wording with Yeah, you know, I actually like that one a lot, but. 00:07:13
Yeah, the wording is. The wording is. 00:07:18
Yeah, that one may be a little more. 00:07:22
Catch your eye. 00:07:27
Like clear the purple door part. 00:07:28
You could do that with the top one if you just put a border around it the same color and thicken the top and fine. 00:07:32
I don't know, you guys. Pick one. I don't care. It doesn't matter. You have the professional sitting right. Which one she works 00:07:39
for, Dalton signs. 00:07:42
The purple door, but you want that part to be unique because that's the name of your business. But but order around your font. 00:07:47
That's very thin to make it better. 00:07:51
No, that's your girl. But then I got to change and have another meeting. 00:07:56
I could have another meeting. 00:08:05
If I change it again, right? She just changed it, yeah. 00:08:08
You're not making any changes, you're just changing. OK, say it again. What do you want me to do? What did you say? 00:08:12
Do make it what? A border? 00:08:17
Yeah. 00:08:19
Program are you using? 00:08:20
I don't know, my niece does that for me. 00:08:22
I'll give you my e-mail address. Thank you. All right, let's go with the first one and then we'll just make it a little better. 00:08:25
Good. Yeah, Yeah. All right. Thank you. All right, So do we need to vote? I'll make a motion to approve the 1st. 00:08:32
Sample that she gave us pending Renee's input on those the purple door piece. 00:08:39
I second that motion. 00:08:44
All in favor say aye. 00:08:46
Aye, all right. 00:08:48
Yay. 00:08:49
How we're pays off. 00:08:51
So long. 00:08:52
All righty. 00:08:55
The three, OK, I'm sorry. 00:08:57
Oh, business. OK, new business. Is that the pizzeria? 00:09:03
Yeah, OK, gotcha. OK, so yeah, so stupid appropriateness. The Riverwalk Pizzeria at 200 Osborne St. 00:09:07
So the first thing we'll do is city. Does the city have anything? 00:09:13
OK. The proposed signage replicates previous owners sign and the size, style and placement. 00:09:17
Unlike the previous configuration, though, the new proposal consolidated signage into a single business rather than two. 00:09:24
So it reduces the overall space dedicated to signage. 00:09:31
It is compliant with Section 62123 signage within the Historic district. 00:09:34
It adheres to the limit of two signs per lot, with only one freestanding sign permitted. 00:09:40
The size of the wall sign is compliant with the requirement to remain under 40 square feet and the size of the freestanding sign 00:09:45
is compliant with the requirement to remain under 25 square feet. 00:09:50
Staff finds the proposed signage to be appropriate and consistent with the established character of the property. 00:09:55
And recommends approval as submitted with the following conditions. 00:10:00
If an electrical connection is required, the applicant must obtain the electrical permit before installation. 00:10:04
And the applicant shall adhere to section. 00:10:09
62123 A 6B which requires the base of a freestanding sign to be shielded by plants. 00:10:12
All righty. 00:10:22
I think it sounds great. 00:10:24
That's previous. 00:10:26
And new. 00:10:29
For the wall sign. 00:10:32
New for the freestanding sign. 00:10:34
All right. 00:10:38
You want to just say your name and address. 00:10:46
Some of us already know you. 00:10:50
Signs here for 200. 00:10:51
Osborne Rd. 00:10:54
We just try to keep everything compliant. 00:10:55
The road sinus is actual logo. 00:10:58
And it does have the wood grain in the background that you can't see on that small image. 00:11:00
But to put that on the building, you would never read his business name, so we removed that part so it's more visible. 00:11:04
Any questions from the board? 00:11:15
No. 00:11:17
Do we have motion? 00:11:19
I motion to approve it. 00:11:22
I second. 00:11:24
All right, all in favor, say aye. 00:11:25
Aye. 00:11:27
That was easy. 00:11:29
All right, um. 00:11:35
So we do have a discussion based on the historical marker design. 00:11:40
Designs, but it was. 00:11:45
Earlier it was a week or two ago. 00:11:47
Yes, and I do not believe that we have everyone's input yet on. 00:11:50
Are one of them top three choices of historical markers? 00:11:56
So I'm going to send this down for you all to fill out if that's OK. 00:11:59
Your top three choices. 00:12:05
If you have any questions about them, let me know. 00:12:19
Actually, while we were going through this, thank you so much. 00:12:22
Thank you. Yeah, so I can see what's the table since we route them at least. Do you have those? 00:12:26
Do you have this up there? 00:12:33
And Renee were way in the planning stages of this, just trying to get something. 00:12:35
Like some people have acorns, some people have the trees, right? People have. 00:12:41
And I think it's going to be a total of how they're backwards. 00:12:45
This is probably what we're looking at. Your sister. 00:12:48
Choose your top three and their number. Pick your top three. Yeah. OK, so I've got, I have done a lot of driving around and found 00:12:50
the same thing. I mean, there's the tree, there's the Peach, there's. So can I show you guys a couple things? Just Yeah, yeah, 00:12:57
Renee, while you're looking at those, one of the things that we were looking at because of the weather and the water and where we 00:13:04
are moving from wood signs to some type of a metal, aluminum or option. 00:13:10
Like we are now for them. It's high density urethane. We've been making them that way. 00:13:18
Instead of all the Redwood that's out here, what's that called? Is that like a resin? 00:13:23
OK, Any other choice? 00:13:28
About $400. 00:13:30
Well the other ones were when the others at 3. Is that OK right now? 00:13:32
Any other option for material other than I can't believe she's sitting here so we're going to use. Oh yeah, absolutely. 00:13:36
One, I'm just saying if you want dimensional. 00:13:43
You're going to want the HDU or you're going to want to flag. So if we don't, if we don't need to dimensional, can we look at? 00:13:45
Any type of anything you want, any design you want out of aluminum composite material and I can tell you 10 times in the historic 00:13:53
district to look at them. 00:13:57
OK, so look at those and make and just say to us a good idea or not. 00:14:01
Fine, but if you are making them dimensional like that first one that was on there would be established. 00:14:07
That is too small to route. 00:14:12
You're going to have to bulk up the font. That's why it's so much thicker on Orange Hall and see 1830, because in order to laser 00:14:15
or route them. 00:14:19
If someone can come up with their fingernail just. 00:14:24
If you make the strip too small or if the drill bit slips. So before we get too far in, we're also talking about generics. 00:14:27
Probably not the nicest word to use, but a more generic sign for historic buildings versus historic district instead of specifics 00:14:34
like Orange Hall or the, you know, Captain Morris House or the thing like that. If is that a less cost if it's a generic versus a 00:14:40
specific? 00:14:47
Square footage, so it doesn't matter. OK, So that's something for us to keep in mind because we do have. 00:14:54
Homeowners, absolutely, and they and they may want signs that are specific to their family, so that's good. 00:14:59
I have two people that I said. 00:15:05
Right, right, right. We got Yeah, OK, and and I've got. 00:15:07
Comments. Last question with that, I think we talked about this. 00:15:13
Last time is. 00:15:17
In the two different, so you have the historic district and then you have those new homeowners. 00:15:19
Who aren't are in the historic district. 00:15:24
But have a house they just built which we have some of those. 00:15:28
That they need to be. 00:15:32
Different. So you have the historic. 00:15:34
And then the non historic so that. 00:15:37
You've got Kerry and Cecil Gay that just bought the Harris House down right. It's a historic house. It has a marker in front of 00:15:40
it. 00:15:43
But they don't want it to say the Harris house anymore. They wanted to have their names on it. 00:15:46
But we're probably going to be doing a discussion that we're going to possibly have the year. 00:15:50
And maybe the original owner. 00:15:55
And then have a QR code that will. 00:15:58
Would give the story instead of putting the new homeowner. 00:16:01
Because it's, I'm talking about in the historic district. Isn't that what we were talking about to make it? Because it's in the 00:16:05
historic district. So when somebody put the historic stuff, but they want to. 00:16:10
Name their house the Lily pad. So instead of saying oh, the hairs, whatever, they wanted to say the Lily pad and then they could 00:16:15
put 1830 in the Harris information. But they don't want that to be. 00:16:19
Yeah. I think that we just have to have a discussion on that. It's going to have to be. 00:16:24
Now if you do a QR code though, you cannot. 00:16:28
Yeah. 00:16:31
I was going to ask that say that one more time. I'm sorry. If you do the QR code thing, which I think I'm sorry, can you go to the 00:16:33
microphone just in case We have people watching on TV, they can hear your discussion. Thank you. 00:16:38
If you do choose dimensional. 00:16:44
You're going to have to have a raised surface with a digital print for the QR code you cannot route or do anything for. It won't 00:16:46
work. 00:16:49
Wow, that's beneficial though, because. 00:16:53
If by chance the website goes down or changes or anything else, all you do is pull that decal off and put a new one on. 00:16:56
Just in the QR code area. 00:17:03
Can you just blow through those and kind of tell us the pros and cons to some of those as she scrolls? 00:17:06
Or some that you say, oh this is great or not great or. 00:17:11
So, umm. 00:17:15
I like the top left design. You're just going to have to bulk up the font if you do dimensional. If not, you can make it whatever 00:17:18
the benefit of. 00:17:22
Any of them is. You can print those colors, you just can't print metallic. 00:17:26
So it can look metallic but not be metallic. 00:17:31
You can also print wood grain if you want them to look wood grain. 00:17:34
If you go down some of those larger ones. 00:17:41
Those are more like. 00:17:44
State Park signs. 00:17:46
You don't want downtown savings look like a State Park. 00:17:49
So those are all plaques. 00:17:52
And fairly cost effective. About the same as dimensional sign, but they take 4 weeks to produce OK. 00:17:54
The scroll bracket is what you have on most of your businesses in historic district now anyway. 00:18:02
Is that #10? 00:18:09
So the number 10 like the scroll? Yeah, that's the scroll bracket. OK. 00:18:11
I like that way. What are the downfalls to that one? 00:18:16
Hurricanes. 00:18:20
Think about that. 00:18:25
OK, every hurricane, we're down here picking somebody sign off the ground. 00:18:26
OK, that's the old design. When the Cumberland Harbor first came around and their design company decided that's what they wanted 00:18:30
for all the businesses and that became the trend. 00:18:35
I mean, that's honestly how that came about, OK. 00:18:41
Because something like #10 be put on a. 00:18:46
4 by 4 wood post with. 00:18:49
Holes and Oh yeah, you can build your bracket out of anything you want. Umm. 00:18:51
I like the look of 10. I do understand her the concern. 00:18:56
So you can also take the hanging part out and make them not swing. 00:19:01
That's an idea. 00:19:08
So I attached them to a. 00:19:09
A pole like if you wanted to keep the scroll bracket look like you have now, you drill a hole through it and do threaded rod 00:19:11
through it and put nuts and what we call an acorn washer on it. 00:19:16
Or an acorn nut on it. 00:19:21
So it's just rounded. That's what we do on Checkout Island for all of their signs. 00:19:23
Because of the wind. 00:19:28
They don't swing or anything though. 00:19:29
But they have the same. 00:19:32
Look, the only thing you're missing is a chain, and they last pretty good in the wind. 00:19:33
What was the terminology that you said? You said take hanging bracket out and. 00:19:38
Right rod, a flat metal bracket or threaded rod? OK. 00:19:44
The thing is that someone knows to buy their own. 00:19:52
Scroll bracket. You can get them on Amazon, you can get them at Lowe's, you can get wherever. You're never going to find one for a 00:19:55
fixed. You're going to have to drill it and do it yourself. 00:19:58
And Elise, I'm assuming we're still looking at a grant? 00:20:03
To help for. 00:20:09
The historic markers. 00:20:10
So that's hand painted, that's hand painted, that's a plaque. 00:20:15
That's a printed metal sign. Now, 14 and 13 are similar to the one that we were just discussing. Yes. Yeah, but 13 is dimensional. 00:20:20
It's a bronze plaque for the back. 00:20:25
Painted background. 00:20:30
And #14 is a flat metal sign with a digital digital print on top of it. So it's 13 I'm assuming a lot more expensive. 00:20:31
Second piece of bonds. 00:20:40
It can be. 00:20:41
The most cost effective thing you're going to get is an aluminum composite material with a digital print on it. 00:20:44
Which would not be raised. 00:20:51
Nope. OK. 00:20:53
But. 00:20:55
Because it's an aluminum composite, it does not rust from the salt water in our air. 00:20:56
If you go to the football stadium, the whole football stadium is losing them composite materials. Would you roll up, scroll up to 00:21:03
that red one the right there? 00:21:07
Number is that 9? 00:21:11
That and then look at Meridian Park and I think that Topsfield are those both. 00:21:14
Aluminum I would guess. 00:21:19
Yeah, yeah. But they have a backer on them to make them look more dimensional, right? And then all the way up to the top, and 00:21:21
they're one way at the top. That's Red Keep going. 00:21:25
No, that's just gonna plaque. Plaque. 00:21:30
Like the Meridian one I think is one that some and that could be anything that's a digital print. 00:21:33
What's the colors it looks? 00:21:39
Dimensional. 00:21:40
So I've got a. 00:21:42
A question about. So if it's the aluminum this it would be attached. 00:21:45
Currently they are attached. 00:21:51
To afford in their post right in the front yard. So this aluminum would be attached to probably a metal pole. 00:21:53
In the front yard. And so my question, not seeing this, what type of metal pole are you trying? Oh, I don't know what that's what 00:22:01
I'm asking. What would it be attached to? I think it'd be on A4 box. I would still keep the 4x4 post because otherwise you're 00:22:06
going to need to have to get a fence post. 00:22:11
An ugly you channel post. 00:22:16
The 4 by 4 is your best option. OK, no, that's great. So with that in the aluminum? 00:22:18
Marker is it? 00:22:26
I just think about kids out playing or somebody and getting cut. I mean, how is it? 00:22:28
What I am is an aluminum composite material, so it's only a very thin sheet of aluminum. 00:22:33
And then it's got composite material on the inside. OK. So there's not a chance. 00:22:39
No, it'll be. 00:22:45
And they're routed to shape. The other thing is if you have a home that. 00:22:46
Doesn't have a yard that can be displayed with it. You don't have to put it on post, they could put it straight to their building. 00:22:50
Like a plaque? Yeah. 00:22:56
OK, so how thick are they then? 00:22:59
8th inch. 00:23:02
So they're pretty thin then? 00:23:04
Well, you're not going to get aluminum. Most aluminum is 080090. 00:23:07
8th inch is pretty thick. 00:23:11
All right, so could it get bent or anything? I mean, yeah, if someone took a baseball bat to it, OK. 00:23:13
So if you guys want visual the card shop, the sports shop right over here, that's a printed ACM sign. 00:23:20
We approved that one, yes, yeah. And then around the corner. 00:23:28
I can never. I'm not. I'm a woodbine girl, so. 00:23:33
Umm around the corner behind. 00:23:36
The settlement group. 00:23:40
Where it was like the cheese and charcuterie and wine place. That one is aluminum composite material too. 00:23:42
Seagulls. The signs on seagulls that look, yeah, they're aluminum composite. 00:23:50
I think that's definitely something we want to look, yeah. And qualifying. 00:23:54
Called way less OK. 00:23:58
With us and when you say weight loss, just say we're looking at a. 00:24:02
One your post and all or just. 00:24:06
The sign? No, not including the post, just the sign and the. 00:24:09
We're not less than half the dimensional sign. 00:24:16
Wow. And if you put a list together and you guys collect the money and do them all at once, it'd be even less. 00:24:19
OK, comes in a 4 by 8 sheet, so whatever size you decide. 00:24:24
You just round. 00:24:29
OK, well keep scrolling at least. Maybe she's got some thoughts on. 00:24:30
I don't like those two red ones. 00:24:34
That's just my personal opinion. The which one? 00:24:38
Keep going the right ones. 00:24:40
9. 00:24:42
And 12:12, yeah, or even 11. I don't like either of those. That looks like a college campus to me. I would never want that in my 00:24:44
front yard. 00:24:48
But if it's for a bed and breakfast, maybe. 00:24:55
But for the other, maybe you do a commercial and a residential. 00:24:57
Because that that sign is about. 00:25:02
16 inches tall. OK, OK. 00:25:04
I see nothing wrong with 1718 or 19. 00:25:09
I like both. I like those 3. 00:25:12
And even if you didn't do the dimensional plaque, you could print it to look like that. OK, so I'm going to ask just one more time 00:25:14
to clarify. So they just say the old Todd homestead #17 we print, we, we order that one for the old Todd Homestead. But then we 00:25:20
look at Captain Morrison. It's got built in the and it's got their history. And then we've got another one built in their history. 00:25:25
But they're made out of those aluminum sheets. It's. 00:25:31
All the same price because. 00:25:37
Is parts by square foot OK? 00:25:39
So you pick a size. 00:25:41
Yes, yeah. 00:25:44
Yeah, yeah. 00:25:45
Now could we do? 00:25:47
The aluminum composite and like do it curvy like the. 00:25:49
Like the Orange hall one or something like that. Yes, you can run into shape, that's not a problem at all. 00:25:53
Instead of the square. 00:25:58
Yeah. Just wondering if we have. 00:26:00
You know we can do different shapes so. 00:26:02
So. 00:26:05
When we do these. 00:26:07
Can have. It's going to have the different wording and. 00:26:09
In the years, but are we going to to make it the Saint Mary's Historic District marker? 00:26:13
I can't remember Julia, it might have been you. 00:26:21
Put the seal the Saint Mary's seal, which has the tree and has. 00:26:24
As the identifier, and maybe that's what makes it different from. So what happens when the seal changed because the seal used to 00:26:29
be a ship? 00:26:34
About Oh, really? And your Georgia dot signs still have the vote on them? Well, I don't know, at least. Is there any plans to 00:26:39
change the city? I understand. I've been doing it for 15 years. I've lived here my whole life. So that's things you need to think 00:26:44
about if you're trying to change it forever. 00:26:50
Yeah, that would be up to City Council and there and all to change it if they wanted to, because that seal is different than. 00:26:56
Than it was in the past. 00:27:04
Because when I started working for Saint Mary's, it was a different seal. 00:27:06
Yep, sailboat. Obviously sailor change because it comes with a big cost. 00:27:10
And they got a lot of on their plate. Well, the benefit of aluminum composite digital print is you just take the vinyl off and put 00:27:16
a new one on. 00:27:19
Are we OK? 00:27:22
So if you guys decide, is it going to be in the next meeting? 00:27:25
Since you guys are discussing this now. 00:27:29
What was the question? Is it going to be in the next meeting? 00:27:31
Probably. 00:27:34
We've been working on Come see me and I'll just give you samples. Yeah, we've been working on a long time. And I'm sorry that 00:27:36
maybe Taiga not being here is a good thing. I don't know. Do you think? Yes. And thank you, really. Thank you for being here. 00:27:41
Because I have them right on the desk, right when you walk in Dalton signs. I have no problem because I know how to get them back. 00:27:47
And see if we can. Yeah, bring some. And then you can have them in your hand and see. 00:27:53
That'd be awesome. So maybe we should hold off on doing this until we. 00:27:57
Already voted, So what do you want to see samples of? 00:28:02
Well, you know what, Renee? What we'll do is we'll go ahead and at least made-up this form. The five of us will go ahead and say 00:28:05
we like these and we'll look at those and then I'll come see you and then we'll make some decisions. 00:28:10
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like the plaques, you can take a plaque with you. I have samples sitting at the office. I'll just 00:28:16
have to have them back to give to customers. But if there's one that you want to see printed. 00:28:20
Just I need to get home. Thank you. Send it to me and I'll print it up for you. 00:28:25
That's amazing. 00:28:30
Thank you, I'm so glad. 00:28:32
Maybe she can come back next month. Yep, OK. 00:28:35
Well, wait a minute. What's the date? Hold on. Yeah, it's. 00:28:39
Last Tuesday of the month, so the. 00:28:41
The last Tuesday of the month would be. 00:28:46
25th Oh, it's the 29th. 00:28:50
828. 00:28:54
No, 29th. 29th, yes, I'll be here. 00:28:57
Spring samples so y'all can touch them and see. 00:29:01
That'd be great. Thank you so much. You're welcome. OK, thank you. 00:29:03
All righty, is there anything my e-mail so if anybody has questions. 00:29:08
Will do. Thank you. 00:29:12
Man, that's awesome. Thank you for thank you. 00:29:15
We appreciate it. 00:29:18
Hey, you too. 00:29:20
City, do you have anything? 00:29:23
I believe that Tage had wanted to discuss. 00:29:25
The light posts in the historic district, they don't all match. 00:29:31
I don't have much more to say about that other than that's on the radar, something we're looking at, something to think about, the 00:29:37
design. 00:29:40
That you like if you look at them and notice the differences, that type of thing. 00:29:44
But that's do we have pictures of them, examples or anything? Probably she has anything right now, but I was. 00:29:49
Don't get me on the third one of mine. And the other thing too is the one thing that I would like to bring up next meeting is to 00:29:56
use dark downside seating. 00:30:00
I know that was something that we. 00:30:05
Like they kind of fell off. 00:30:06
And I know there was in there with the cracking coffee. 00:30:08
So like, you know, we're, you know, kind of is there anything else on our end or is that going to get voted on by City Council or? 00:30:13
Nothing else on your end. OK, so he's passed us and it's. 00:30:20
On the City Council at this point. OK, cool. 00:30:24
So we've done our due diligence. 00:30:26
Yeah, OK. 00:30:28
All right, anything else you can think of? 00:30:30
Next. All righty. 00:30:34
Well. 00:30:36
Do we have a motion to adjourn? 00:30:39
I'll make the motion to join the meeting. 00:30:40
I second. 00:30:43
All in favor, Say aye, all right. 00:30:44
I don't know if I'm supposed to be going back in with. 00:30:47
Hey. 00:30:50

Hey. 00:30:50
