Yeah. 00:00:04
Thank you for asking sometimes. 00:00:14
Yeah, no, I have my moments. 00:00:19
You're good all the time. I wish all the Christmas markets were still going all right. Is it OK? 00:00:25
All right. Good evening. Welcome to the 23 September 2025. 00:00:34
Historic Preservation Council meeting. 00:00:38
We just want to make sure our mics are turned on. 00:00:41
I think we should be good there. 00:00:44
All right. We're going to do a roll call. We're going to start lift to right. 00:00:46
Kelly Knapp. 00:00:50
Colleen Danos. 00:00:51
Melvin Taylor. 00:00:53
Joey McCullough. 00:00:54
Selinda Perry. 00:00:56
And it looks like we have a quorum tonight. 00:00:57
So I just want to see if there were any initial comments from the city. 00:00:59
No, I was going to ask to have the color change at 2 OC ready St. 00:01:04
Talked about first, but. 00:01:08
They're not here, so we'll just leave it where it is and this is just a courtesy, this is not. 00:01:10
For an approval is just letting. 00:01:15
Did the HPC know? So if you do get phone calls from anybody. 00:01:18
You know, no, that makes a lot of sense. I got phone calls from the Spencer house. 00:01:22
When it was, you know when it changed colors blue. 00:01:27
Hey did the HPC look at this? 00:01:29
Yes, they came in as a courtesy to select them. Know what's going on? 00:01:31
OK. Yeah, absolutely. 00:01:34
And we'll just. 00:01:36
Continue as. 00:01:37
What the agenda has set. 00:01:39
OK. Yes, Sir. 00:01:41
And then we need to approve the minutes from 26 August 2025. 00:01:42
We received that package via e-mail. 00:01:46
And so do we have a motion for that? 00:01:48
So moved. 00:01:51
2nd. 00:01:52
OK, all in favor say aye. 00:01:53
Aye, all right. Any nays? 00:01:55
Nope. All right, it looks like we have a unanimous vote for that. 00:01:57
OK, so we're going to move to the first. 00:02:02
Issue item of the of the day so the old business. 00:02:05
Distributed appropriateness for Chad Eager requests for removal of trees on his property. 00:02:08
But at 126 Osborne. 00:02:13
Is there a representative here? 00:02:15
Good afternoon, Sir. 00:02:17
Yeah, do I? 00:02:19
Chad Ingram 126 Osborne Yes, Sir. 00:02:20
On this side. 00:02:23
Yeah, I just submitted a request to remove some trees on the property. 00:02:25
Camphor tree. 00:02:30
This is the camper tree in the photo here. It's an invasive species and just really puts off a lot of nasty stuff. 00:02:31
So I'm requesting to take that tree down. 00:02:38
And then on the. 00:02:40
Other side of the property. 00:02:41
I have a cedar tree which is a desirable tree. 00:02:43
When I moved in that tree. 00:02:46
Was covered in vines getting choked out and the. 00:02:48
The tree guy or arborist, whomever that I had. 00:02:51
Working on. 00:02:55
You know, just trimming some trees. 00:02:55
I was going to have them remove the vines, which he did, but he actually charged me more for that than actually cutting the tree 00:02:57
down, which was what he wanted. He wanted to. He just said it's probably a dead tree, but it's got some green edge on both sides. 00:03:02
Trying to give that tree its best shot of life because it is desirable cedar tree and there's a bunch of palm trees going around 00:03:06
it and. 00:03:10
You know, I was going to thin those guys out if. 00:03:14
If we can do that. 00:03:17
Yes, Sir. Thank you so much, Sir. And then also we'll start with the city. 00:03:19
Does the city have any comments on it? 00:03:22
No, I'm in agreement with what Chad has said. That camphor tree is an invasive species and it should be removed. 00:03:25
And also the palm trees surrounding the cedar. 00:03:32
I believe should be removed as well because as Chad stated, it's choking it out. 00:03:35
And if they already be left, I think that cedar tree would end up dying. 00:03:40
So and you should be cleaned up in that area. 00:03:45
Because some of these palm trees are growing right out of the root system. 00:03:48
Yes, Sir. 00:03:51
And Chad and I both went together to go look at this. 00:03:52
OK, it wasn't just he sent me some pictures. 00:03:56
OK, perfect. And then is there any comments from the board? 00:03:58
I only have one on the camphor trade. Do you plan on replacing that tree with something or is it just going to be a? 00:04:01
A takedown. 00:04:06
Depending on. 00:04:09
We may have a. 00:04:10
Project we want to get approval for there. 00:04:11
And if not, then we'll probably replace it with something, some type of landscaping. But we do have a. 00:04:14
Plan in mind if we move forward that we'd go with that first, which would still include some landscaping. OK, Thank you. 00:04:19
Any other questions or comments? 00:04:25
All right. Is there any comments from the public? 00:04:28
All righty. Do we have a motion? 00:04:32
I'll make a motion to approve. 00:04:36
I second. 00:04:38
All in favor say aye. 00:04:39
Aye, aye, Mace. Nope. 00:04:40
OK, unanimous. 00:04:42
Yeah. Thank you, everybody. I just want to say thank you for participating on the. 00:04:43
HPC altogether. 00:04:47
And it's a nice meeting where you guys are into some business within the 1st 5 minutes. We get to this point about 45 minutes in. 00:04:48
Hey, thank you, Councilman. I appreciate you, Sir. 00:04:53
He's worried about. 00:04:58
All righty. So we're going to go to new business. 00:05:02
Can we ask? I think last month. 00:05:06
Kelly, I don't. 00:05:09
Think you were here? No. And you asked that we table these signs to this month's old business. Are we just going to we're going to 00:05:09
leave it on the agenda October. Yeah. Thank you. OK, thank you. 00:05:15
Yeah. Thanks, Joy. 00:05:21
Sorry. 00:05:24
OK. And then bridal one? 00:05:25
Bridal or did we already do that? No, it was just the historic markers for the home. That's right. Kelly has some additional ideas 00:05:27
that she wanted to. Thank you. 00:05:32
Nice, I did have that at the bottom. 00:05:37
OK, so it's stupid appropriateness. 00:05:39
On Saint Mary's Harbor restaurant, request for new signage. 00:05:41
106 Saint Mary's. 00:05:44
Streets West, so we'll start with the city on that. Any comments from the city? 00:05:46
I know we'd like to sign I. 00:05:51
Do like the colors I like. 00:05:53
The characters as far as in the boat. 00:05:57
Get this turn here. 00:06:00
And the the route that has. 00:06:04
Around a sign. 00:06:07
The font could. 00:06:10
I don't know, maybe be a little better, but overall. 00:06:12
I like it, we like it. 00:06:15
OK. And do we have a representative? 00:06:17
All right, if you could just please come up to the mic and state your name and address. 00:06:20
Renee Billa Dalton signs. 00:06:26
610 roughly St. Kingsland. 00:06:28
All right. Welcome. 00:06:30
Thanks. That's the same font the city of Saint Mary's uses in there. 00:06:32
Thank you. What a good idea. Thank you for all. 00:06:35
Clearing that up. 00:06:42
It meets all the requirements. 00:06:44
It certainly does. It's very pretty, Yeah. And I think they did a great job with comparison to other signs around. 00:06:46
I know last time I was here someone had a question about materials so this time I just put pictures of signs. 00:06:52
Thank you. Have the same materials. So if they needed a visual and I like that you have the existing and proposed they're 00:06:57
relatively. 00:07:01
About the same size and the existing swinging the proposed will not swing for hurricane weather. 00:07:04
Nice. Yeah, really nice. Good job. 00:07:10
Yeah, it looks beautiful. 00:07:12
Do we have any comments from the board? 00:07:15
More questions. 00:07:17
So that sign is going to be that. 00:07:20
Metal like the. 00:07:21
Divine card and the same as the Seagulls replacement. 00:07:22
And WhatsApp locals? 00:07:28
OK. All right. 00:07:30
Do we have a motion? 00:07:33
I'll make a motion to approve. 00:07:34
All right, all in favor, say aye. 00:07:36
Aye. 00:07:39
There's a unanimous. 00:07:40
Thank you. 00:07:42
OK. Thank you so much. Thank you. 00:07:49
All right. We're going to move to the next thing. So we're going to do distribute appropriateness for Kelly. 00:07:52
Request for new brake patio. 00:07:57
At 306 Brady St. 00:07:59
Did I see that one? 00:08:02
And Kelly will just now. 00:08:03
I'll be quiet, yes. 00:08:05
I'm John Knapp. 00:08:08
306 Reddy St. 00:08:09
And I'm with her. 00:08:11
And you have the proposal. It is a small brick patio we're proposing to put in the back of the house. 00:08:13
It's about 20. 00:08:19
Feet in diameter. 00:08:21
And it's sort of the shape of. 00:08:22
Quarter of a circle. 00:08:24
If you could picture that. 00:08:25
And there's a four foot. 00:08:27
Fire pit. 00:08:29
Brick fire pit in the middle. The brick is from the Tuttle Brick Company from the late 19th century. 00:08:31
So it's antique brick that's about the same age as the house, actually. Nice. 00:08:37
We researched and tried to find brick that would be compatible with the house and its age and that'll work well. 00:08:41
It is not visible at all from the front of the house. 00:08:49
Or if you're coming southbound, you wouldn't see it. 00:08:54
Because the house is in the way. 00:08:57
If you're coming northbound on Ready St. 00:09:00
And you're a fair distance from the house. You'll sort of get a glimpse of it back there. 00:09:03
But as you get closer to the house, it's behind the house. 00:09:08
Because there is some visibility from the street, we thought it. 00:09:11
Needed to be approved. 00:09:14
Well, thank you Sir, for that. 00:09:16
And so I wanted to see if there were any comments from the city. 00:09:19
So you're basically using the same bricks that are in your walkway already. 00:09:21
Yeah, yeah, yeah. OK. 00:09:25
And this is going to be. 00:09:26
What? Behind your house, right? 00:09:29
Should be behind the house. 00:09:31
OK, just. 00:09:32
Kind of for my clarification, could you just show us? 00:09:34
On the map here where it's going. 00:09:37
Yeah, relatively. Did you have the photos I sent? 00:09:40
You don't have the photographs. 00:09:43
I don't have. 00:09:45
Yeah, I sent photos right circled on the. 00:09:48
On the picture where it was. 00:09:50
I didn't. I didn't see any of those in the package. Yeah, it was a while ago. 00:09:53
Yeah. 00:09:57
You don't have a, do you? 00:09:59
No, but I got a cursor. 00:10:01
Good, Steve. 00:10:04
So it would be. 00:10:06
Oh, that's a fast cursor, right? 00:10:11
There, OK. 00:10:13
Yeah, right there behind. 00:10:15
So you would step out your back. 00:10:16
Patio door and. 00:10:18
Come down the steps of the Supreme Court, OK? 00:10:22
And there's a little. 00:10:25
Paved walkway there and then you would sort of bring it out. 00:10:26
That OK, maybe not quite that far. OK, yeah. 00:10:30
Great, I love that you're using the same elements every part of your house. 00:10:33
Yeah, it's kind of cool to find those over it. Yes. Yeah, they're not cheap. 00:10:38
You've got a great history the the bricks themselves. 00:10:43
Iron Man that's incredible, maiden. 00:10:47
Connecticut in the late 19th century by Tuttle Brick companies. Really. 00:10:49
Quite an interesting story, the company itself. 00:10:54
Nice, I also I love how you're doing the basket weave. 00:10:57
Pattern to kind of distinguish it from the walkway. That's going to be really pretty. 00:11:01
Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. 00:11:06
Do we have any additional comments? 00:11:08
Concerns. Questions. 00:11:10
So we be more harsh here. 00:11:12
I'm joking around. 00:11:14
The So do we have a motion? 00:11:15
I'll make a motion to approve the COA for the brick patio on. 00:11:18
306 Reddy Street. I'll second it. 00:11:22
All in favor, say aye. All right, any days. 00:11:24
Alrighty, it's unanimous. 00:11:28
We would invite all of you to come over and enjoy the patio. You have to notice the meeting. I guess if you were all there, maybe 00:11:30
a few of you at a time. Yes, Sir. Thank you. 00:11:35
All right, so we're going. 00:11:40
Are we? Is the color. 00:11:43
Discussion gonna happen. 00:11:45
Sir, are you from 2:07? 00:11:47
OK, so. 00:11:50
Basically, we know this is just a courtesy. 00:11:51
So we just wanted. 00:11:54
To show. 00:11:55
What it's going to look like. 00:11:57
OK. 00:11:58
Amazing if you all had any questions. 00:12:00
It's beautiful, amazing. 00:12:03
Thank you. 00:12:06
And we certainly appreciate you coming in front of us even though there's no paint. 00:12:07
Here in the District. So thank you very much for that courtesy. 00:12:11
Yeah, Victorian. 00:12:14
Or this one and. 00:12:16
If you could just please come up and say your name and address. The reason is because we. 00:12:19
Because there's people in the crowd listening. 00:12:22
We have about 2000 people that. 00:12:25
Come on. 00:12:26
I'm joking around. It's not that many. He's probably like one person. 00:12:27
No, no, I'm joking around. 00:12:31
Henry de Bloch, 207 Reddy St. 00:12:32
New resident. We just moved in a few months ago. Welcome and yes, welcome. 00:12:35
So not our first historic home. Very. 00:12:39
Happy and grateful to be in in the city. It's it's beautiful. 00:12:43
And you know we. 00:12:46
Even though it was a courtesy we. 00:12:48
I think it's an important one, so. 00:12:49
Nice to meet everybody. 00:12:51
Yeah, where'd you move from? 00:12:52
I moved from Rankin. 00:12:54
Which is suburbs of Savannah. 00:12:57
OK, but yeah, I'm sure you can hear my accent. I'm not from there from from New Jersey, but we had a Victorian. 00:12:59
Up north for about 10 years. 00:13:05
Different construction, but beautiful home. 00:13:08
So anyway, we love this one and. 00:13:11
Nice to meet everybody. Happy to be here. Thank you, Sir. Thank you. 00:13:14
All righty. 00:13:22
Feel free, you don't have to stick around for the rest. 00:13:23
But you can then. 00:13:29
You can though, if you like. I'm glad you know. Yeah. I just wanted him to see city government action. Oh, man. Welcome, man. 00:13:30
Do you have any questions? 00:13:40
The uh. 00:13:43
So we're going to do the. 00:13:44
Go into the grant approval for the rewrite. Yes, I just wanted to make an announcement that we finally got our grant approval 00:13:45
$15,000. I sent you guys all of that information. That's amazing. Congratulations to all of us. They got a new grant coordinator. 00:13:53
Over to DC. Her name is Natasha Washington, so she's. 00:14:01
Kind of putting this. 00:14:04
Together with the other folks who also got. 00:14:05
To grant in. 00:14:08
In the state of Georgia. 00:14:10
In our first kickoff meeting is September 25th at 1:00. It's a teams meeting. 00:14:12
That's where we'll kind of get the first steps moving forward. 00:14:17
If any of y'all would like to attend that meeting. 00:14:20
Let me know and afford that invite along. Could you forward? Want me to e-mail you? 00:14:23
Yeah, OK. 00:14:27
Yeah, yeah, I would love it too. 00:14:28
I'll probably just send it out to everybody. Yes, whoever wants to attend. 00:14:30
You're more than welcome. Yeah. OK, perfect. You said teams meeting OK on the 25th and that's what we'll get more information. OK. 00:14:34
These are the next steps you need to take. 00:14:39
An RFP or. 00:14:44
What we need to do? 00:14:45
So, OK, well we got the grant. It is a, it is a numbers matching grant. 00:14:46
It doesn't all have to be money, it can also be time. 00:14:51
It can be materials that are donated. 00:14:55
So, umm. 00:14:57
It's not like. 00:14:59
The city's having to match $15,000 of funds. 00:15:00
OK, a lot of this is going to come from. 00:15:04
My work. 00:15:06
Y'all's work and Jamie and. 00:15:08
Dinner from our office as well and then the consultant that we get. 00:15:12
We'll see how far $15,000 goes. Awesome, that's amazing to hear. 00:15:16
I just had a question page is where is that meeting going to be held? 00:15:21
It's a Teams meeting. 00:15:24
Office, Microsoft. 00:15:26
Oh, OK, I'm sorry. No, no, no. It's all good. Yeah, I can send and I'll send you an invite. OK. 00:15:29
So be on your computer. 00:15:35
Yeah, I don't have Microsoft Teams, so I. 00:15:36
If you have if you have any Microsoft products on your computer, you should have Microsoft Teams. 00:15:39
Get out. Thank you. 00:15:45
Any questions? 00:15:48
Concerns on that? 00:15:49
Congratulations. Yes, good news. And I know it's been a long time coming, so we're going to have to make some adjustments to our 00:15:51
timeline. 00:15:54
Within that grand, well, we appreciate you. Thank you. 00:15:57
You're amazing. What, like 6 months? Yeah, Yeah. 00:16:01
We got it so great. Yeah. Do we do we want to push into the encroachment? 00:16:05
For the Kraken. 00:16:11
I think Julia wanted to. 00:16:12
Yes. 00:16:13
Bring something up about it, but I also wanted to mention. 00:16:14
At the last correct me if I'm wrong, Mr. Mayor, the last City Council meeting. 00:16:17
Council asked that we work with the HPC. 00:16:22
DASM the DDA. 00:16:25
And Main St. 00:16:27
Together to come up with a design to bring it back to City Council for approval. 00:16:31
Well, if that's true, then I don't have a whole lot to say. I thought when I left the meeting that. 00:16:36
Miss Stein said to. 00:16:42
The group that. 00:16:44
We were. 00:16:45
It was being held very much like a right of way project, just like the park down there was where we weren't included in that. 00:16:46
And this was a right of way project too, and she didn't feel like we needed to be included. 00:16:53
That's how I thought that we had left the meeting. And Scott. 00:16:56
Concurred that that was the way that. 00:16:59
The meeting was left but. 00:17:01
Mayor, if you can. 00:17:03
Direct us in another way, it'd be really appreciated. 00:17:04
No, my understanding was that. 00:17:08
You know HPC would have an opportunity. 00:17:10
To take a look at it before it was finalized and we would get input. You know, it might not necessarily go through this normal 00:17:12
process. 00:17:16
Of everything but that, we definitely wanted. 00:17:19
Everyone's input on it. 00:17:21
You know, so we definitely want it to come before y'all and and have an opportunity for input before. 00:17:24
It got finalized, so and. 00:17:29
You're not talking about the encroachment piece of it, but you're talking about the cafe permit. 00:17:31
Is that correct design of because what was approved the other night? 00:17:35
Left the historic. 00:17:39
And I mentioned that too it the piece that approachment part. 00:17:41
I guess. 00:17:45
Yeah, yeah, maybe was not did not come here before y'all, but the the actual design of the. 00:17:46
Structure to go there in the street, you know the second part of the intend to have everybody take a look at that and get on that. 00:17:52
OK, thank you. 00:17:56
So. 00:18:00
I was going to sort of tell what happened when I think it showed up on the agenda for for. 00:18:01
Last week, it's been a long two weeks. Last week I just asked Melvin. He was out of town. Well, actually I talked with some of the 00:18:06
council people and they recommend it. 00:18:11
That if we had. 00:18:15
Concerns, one of us need it to be there. And so I asked Melvin if I could speak and he was out of town. And so I just had a couple 00:18:16
concerns and I think at the time I don't. 00:18:21
I don't think any of us understood that there was an encroachment. 00:18:26
Piece of the puzzle and then. 00:18:28
The cafe permit. 00:18:31
Piece of the puzzle? So what was approved? The other night I told them about our concerns about the speed. 00:18:32
Going through there and I think it was recommended you actually, you know. 00:18:38
Suggested if Mr. Horton could look at a 15 mile an hour. 00:18:41
Maybe through there, I don't know if that'll come to fruition, but that was requested because that's a huge concern of a couple of 00:18:44
us on the. 00:18:48
On the board and. 00:18:53
That the encroachment was approved and so they're going to take those parking lots and. 00:18:54
They're still city property and it's insured. 00:18:59
Cities, the 2nd and short on it. 00:19:02
And. 00:19:04
So anyway, and then the second part of it is the cafe permit where the whole design comes in and. 00:19:05
That's a part that. 00:19:11
In the paperwork that was approved, we were left out of that and I think that. 00:19:12
Because it's in the historic district, I just think it's really critical that we have. Yeah, I agree with that about how it looks, 00:19:16
but. 00:19:19
In the in the meeting, when Miss Stein spoke at the end, she. 00:19:23
I mean unless I missed something, she said that it was a right of way project and we didn't need to be involved, but perhaps the 00:19:27
the cafe permit we would be. 00:19:31
I mean, I said, I think technically because it is. 00:19:35
In city right away, maybe she was saying that, but like I said, I think. 00:19:39
Determination at the end was that you know. 00:19:42
You know, we do want to get everybody's input on it because it is within the historic district, you know. 00:19:47
Do something that we're all proud of when it's done, you know, so. 00:19:52
And not to put you on the spot, but you're here, so I'm gonna. 00:19:55
Mr. Ingram wouldn't answer me, so I'm going to ask you. 00:19:59
Is it correct that OK, so that is city property? 00:20:01
It will never be. 00:20:05
Crack in property or does property owners? 00:20:06
Piece that a city property. 00:20:08
People have asked. 00:20:10
Does the common folk walking up and down the road have the right to use that, or is it only for Kraken? 00:20:12
Customers who have purchased something to go out. 00:20:18
Because dot when it's on. 00:20:22
Dot roads which would start at. 00:20:24
40 and that way. 00:20:27
Past the school, it's a requirement that it be held railroad tracks now OK, so across roads that it has to be open to the public 00:20:28
and it also can't be a. 00:20:33
Table service area. 00:20:39
On the dot that they can't go out and ask for orders. It's a place for it's a park essentially where people can come and sit. 00:20:41
But I guess the question that was asked to me was. 00:20:49
If I take something from another restaurant and. 00:20:51
I bring it down there to read a book. Am I allowed to sit in that area or is it only for Kraken's customers? Now I've got a 00:20:54
question. Is it possible that Kraken can lease? 00:20:59
From the city and that might be their intention. 00:21:04
That all good questions. 00:21:08
Like I said, this is a pilot project, so that's why we're right. 00:21:11
One of them out there and trying to find out these kinds of issues, you know, as you said. 00:21:14
Yes, they will not be their property. It is city. 00:21:19
Property, right, but it will be their property that the people to be sitting on the tables, the chairs, the umbrella, and that's 00:21:22
what the encroachment license was to give them the ability to. 00:21:27
Encroach into the city right away. Not to own the city right away, but to utilize. 00:21:32
That part of the right away, so you know, at nighttime when they close at 3:30 I think. 00:21:36
So it at. 00:21:41
6:00 when southern River walk is. 00:21:42
Open. Are people allowed to walk out there and sit? I mean, those are. 00:21:45
Those are good questions that we need to get when we all get together. I don't know how to have answers yet. Maybe we just need to 00:21:49
put that on the list and like Kelly said, the option of. 00:21:53
OK. So OK. 00:21:58
Thank you Cage. Is there things that the. 00:22:00
The design is supposed to allow for it to be removed with. 00:22:03
Relative ease, you know, in the case of her impending hurricane or something like that, that it, you know, can be. 00:22:07
Removed, but not only. 00:22:14
Right, OK. 00:22:16
Although I would see it possible that if. 00:22:18
If Kraken is. 00:22:21
Leasing or if. 00:22:22
They're just that's that's being provided that space. 00:22:24
That if it. 00:22:28
Involves tables. 00:22:30
And chairs. 00:22:32
Take that. 00:22:33
When they're closing up so they don't have to worry about. 00:22:35
Folks coming. 00:22:37
Because it's going to be there, Yeah. Yes, I could see that as a certain elements. 00:22:39
Around the border to add some protection against vehicles. 00:22:47
As Julia said, we. 00:22:52
Change the speed limit to 15. Maybe they'll do 25 right for a little bit. Helps when we come from. 00:22:54
Saint Mary's Waterfront St. and we are from ready taking a ride. 00:23:03
I mean, it comes right up. 00:23:07
So you might make it up to 15. 00:23:09
Anyway, by the time you get to that location, so you're still going relatively slow. 00:23:13
So well. 00:23:19
Yeah, but it's right there. It's it's. 00:23:21
It's very visible. 00:23:23
I know that some issues, you know, in San Francisco or other. 00:23:25
Cities is because it's not visible and so I think those oak trees down there are pretty visible too, but now they are. 00:23:29
Yeah, and I like that, by the way. 00:23:37
We need to have the other folks involved with this Congress. 00:23:39
Sure. OK. I just want some clear so one other question Tage. So if a date is set, thank you Mayor be invited. 00:23:42
Of course. 00:23:49
OK, good. 00:23:50
Absolutely. 00:23:51
OK. Does anybody else have any questions, concerns? 00:23:54
I'm glad we had the opportunity to discuss that. I know that's something that's. 00:23:58
It's really big and we've been. 00:24:01
Talking about it for a while, different groups and together and we'll. 00:24:02
Get in there and hash it out. 00:24:06
Yeah. So with that said, is there anything else that we need to discuss tonight? 00:24:08
Thank you, Sir. 00:24:13
All righty so. 00:24:15
Let's say the next thing, the next step is adjournment. 00:24:17
Do we have a motion? 00:24:19
So I moved. 00:24:21
2nd. 00:24:23
All in favor say aye. 00:24:24
Aye, all right. 00:24:25
It looks like this unanimous. That is our meeting today. 00:24:27
Amazing. 00:24:35
Thank you. Thank. 00:24:37

Yeah.
Amazing. 00:24:35
Thank you. Thank. 00:24:37
