This was presented to us last Monday night a week ago. 00:02:09

We had some concerns about the. 00:02:14
Location of trees within this. 00:02:17
Easement and we had an arborist come out last week. 00:02:20
And. 00:02:25
Met with them and. 00:02:26
And basically the uh. 00:02:28
His recommendation was that. 00:02:31
Easement could pro ceed as a. 00:02:34
The trenching. 00:02:36
Was drawn on the plat. 00:02:40
As long as. 00:02:42
The tree was was watered well. 00:02:44
Following the. 00:02:47
This, this trenching or whatever, that there was enough. 00:02:49
Other root mass around the tree or whatever, I guess that. 00:02:53
Felt like it was not going to be a concern so. 00:02:56
